Sweet double ankle strap design. With side iridescent pearl button fasteners.

OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS

ALL buyers, please note, every invoice you receive will offer postal insurance as optional. If you require insurance on your order, you MUST! Add this charge before paying. If you choose not to pay the insurance offered, the item will not be covered by us for loss or damage whilst in transit and is also not traceable by us once it is posted. Proof of posting however is always made available to assist you with any claim which may arise. Uninsured buyers will be solely responsible for making any ensuing claims to the post office in such circumstances.

All insured deliveries MUST be signed for (unless the item was inadvertently shipped by us as standard uninsured mail, in which case no signature will not result in a void claim), if an item is received damaged and you have paid the insurance. You must make it clear the item was damaged by including the relevant information on the signature form. Failure to do so will make void any claim.

Please note when paying for our insurance you are NOT paying for recorded delivery but our own insurance. Which we will honour if sent either recorded OR! standard mail.

Our postal charges include: basic postal costs, all packaging materials and a small packing charge per order.

We are now re-charging ALL buyers the postal cost for any item returned to us because the buyer did not claim it at the post office, after a failed delivery. We do send out dispatch notices to all! Buyers following the receipt of your payment, to let you know when your item leaves us. You will see the usual travelling time on the dispatch notice to the various destination.

Any items deemed to have been used or tampered with WILL NOT be accepted back for refund/exchange and the customer will be billed again for shipping return shipping costs including insurance.

To make the total cost of the product very clear to our UK and EU buyers, VAT at a rate of 17.5 % will soon be INCLUDED in the purchase cost of all listings and postal charges on this site.
