The books measure aprox, 12.7cm(5") by 20.1cm(8") and contain 475, 427, and 451 pages respectively.

These publications were recently purchased from A sale
Of Antiquarian Books From Exeter Library and as such bear the following;
A Book Plate On The Front pastedowns for Exeter Library. The rear of the title pages bear pencil notes. The rear blank endpaper bears a barcode. There are no other stamps or marks and the text propper is free of any disfigurement.

The books have been professionally re-bound in thick bukram some time in their past, the spine bottoms display gilt reference numbers.

The publications are complete and tightly bound, with no missing pages. There is general age tanning and foxing throughout. There is a previous owners name (dated 1830) on the front blank endpapers.

The external bindings have minimal wear, light surface rubbing and some red marks to the top of volume one's closed page block.
