We only post items twice a week. Items won and paid for by Monday 12:00 noon will posted on Tuesday. Item paid for by Wednesday 12:00 noon will be posted Thursday
We always obtain a certificate of postage for all items we post. In case an item is lost in the post we can send you a copy of the certificate but it will be the buyers responsibility to chase it up with the post office. However we will do our best to help with your claim.
