Payment and postage

All items must be paid for within 7 days of auction end or they will be put back to auction. If you are sending payment by post please advise within 2 days of auction end. Goods will be posted and proof of posting obtained within 2 working days of funds clearing.  If you are not happy with anything in our adds please do not bid.

Returns

 In the unlikely event of any goods being faulty you must advise within 3 days of receipt. Goods must be returned in the original packing within 7 days of receiving them. Under these circumstances a replacement item or full refund will be given. If for any other reason you wish to return goods you must advise within 3 days and each case will be dealt with on its own merits.
