If an item does not arrive within 28 days we shall send a replacement.

Items dispatched by Parcelforce24 normally take a further 1-2 working days to arrive. Estimated arrival of your order is 3-4 working days (Mon-Fri) after payment received. If an item does not arrive within 10 days we shall send a replacement. Stock levels

Although we do try to keep our stock levels high occasionally items may sell out.

Normally products are back in stock within a few days.

If there is likely to be a delay in dispatching your item we will contact you and you will have the option of waiting or receiving a refund.

Return policy

If an Item is faulty on arrival it can be returned for a replacement.

Items incorrectly purchased can be returned within 7 days of receipt providing they are unopened and unused. A refund will be issued for the item price.
