PLEASE ENSURE UPON CHECKOUT THAT YOU PROVIDE YOUR CORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS & MOST IMPORTANTLY AN UP-TO-DATE TELEPHONE NUMBER. WE NEED TO CALL YOU TO BOOK IN YOUR DELIVERY AS DELIVERIES ARE NOT SENT OUT UNTIL BOOKED. All Auction and "Buy It Now" prices include VAT.

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. 
We offer the following delivery services:-
***Next Working Day Delivery***
THERE IS NO EXTRA CHARGE FOR THIS SERVICE
Order before 1pm Mon-Fri (excluding bank holidays) on standard beds (without drawers) and mattresses for next day delivery
Order before 11.30am Mon-Fri (excluding bank holidays) for beds with drawers for next day delivery
Available from Mon to Fri (excluding bank holidays)
Delivery times are 8am to 6pm
You must specify you want next day delivery or which day you would like delivery. Otherwise your order will not be despatched. You MUST leave us a contact tel number
You can choose your delivery day
***AM Delivery***
You can upgrade the delivery to an AM delivery from Mon-Fri (excluding bank holidays) for an extra £15.00
***Saturday Delivery***
You can upgrade the delivery to a Saturday AM delivery for an extra £35.00
***2 Man Delivery***
You can upgrade the delivery service to a 2 man delivery. There is an extra charge of £60.00 for this service. The order will be delivered to the room of your choice.

Delivery Charges

Delivery within Mainland UK is FREE OF CHARGE. (Except any locations listed below or otherwise stated on the listing)
For delivery to any of the following locations please call our office on 0800 043 6550 for charges.

You can choose your delivery day
If delivery is booked with you and you are not home, then a delivery card will be left. you will occur a re-delivery charge of £15.00 
Please check your goods carefully before signing and only sign the delivery note once you are satisfied that the goods are in perfect condition. If the delivery note is signed then no claims for damages/faulty goods can be made thereafter
All deliveries are one man deliveries and the driver will need assistance to unload depending upon the item
All deliveries are door to door service unless otherwise stated

Returns Policy

Unwanted Goods:
If you wish to return unwanted goods, you must notify as soon as possible. Goods must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure goods are returned in their original packaging. If the original packaging is not used we are only able to partially refund the value of the goods. Upon receipt of the item in its original packaging an inspection of the goods will be conducted. If the inspection shows the goods to be in saleable condition, we will issue a full refund of the sale value of the goods, minus a £20 handling charge.
Vacuum Packed Mattresses:
Vacuum packed, rolled mattresses cannot be accepted for return once opened from their packaging. Please ensure you are confident that the mattress you received is correct before opening, as refunds cannot be made if the mattress is opened.
Carriage Damage:
Should your goods arrive to you with obvious signs of carriage damage, you can either refuse the delivery, or sign the delivery note as received damaged. If you accept the delivery without latter we are unable to claim for the damage and therefore will not be able to refund your money.
Missing Parts:
If upon assembling your goods there are missing or broken parts, please notify us as soon as possible on 0800 043 6550 so that we may organise suitable replacements.
