PAYMENT AND SHIPPING

We only accept PayPal with immediate payment.  We dispatch all orders Mon to Fri (excluding bank or public holidays) and as soon as payment has been received and cleared. If you pay for any items after 1pm on a Friday, the order will only be dispatched on the following Monday. We will aim to despatch orders within 24 hours of payment confirmation.  In the event of transit damage to your goods, please notify us by email within 48 hours to arrange a return and refund.
 

TERMS
  1. Delivery dates and times are given as advice only and may vary due to circumstances beyond the control of Karlights.
  2. It is the customer's responsibility to check goods on receipt for damage. We must be notified in writing within 48 hours of receipt if damage has occurred during transit.
  3. Refunds cannot be made for items that have been damaged due to customer misuse or modified in any way.
  4. Provided an item is unused and in its original packaging, it may be returned for a refund provided it reaches us within 14 days of the original delivery date.
  5. When returning items to us, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that they are packed so as to prevent damage to the item/s and packaging en route to us. We are unable to process refunds if items returned to us are damaged in transit.
  6. We must be contacted in advance if you wish to return an item to obtain authorisation. Unauthorised returns cannot be accepted.
  7. Any refund of carriage charges will be solely at the discretion of Karlights. Carriage charges will not be refunded for goods that have been correctly supplied in good order.
  8. Karlights can accept no liability for direct, consequential or any other losses whatsoever arising from the supply of any goods.
