Postage / Delivery

All items will be packaged to reduce the risk of damage and dispatched to you within seven days of cleared payment. We do not personally deliver any items. 

Small items are sent by Royal Mail

Medium size items will be sent by T.N.T

Larger/Heavy items should be collected. 

If you can not collect the item it can be palletized, however we will not be held responsible for the item/s when it leaves our premise and you will need to be able to remove the item from the back of the delivery vehicle.  If a palletised delivery can not be delivered we will charge you are any subsequent delivery charges including for the item to be return to us (Restocking fee will apply)

Collections

All items can be collected, we are open Monday to Friday 9:30 – 16:00, we do need around 1 hours notice if you want to collect so the item can be made ready for collection.

Warranty

We are a WEEE recycling company, so everything that we sell has been tested; data wiped and is in a condition as described above.  All items are sold as seen, however if it states the item is in fully working order it will have a 30 day warrant.  If it has a fault within the warranty period, you are required to post the item back to us at your expense for the item to be tested by us and we will do one of the following.

1)      Fix the item and deliver it back to you.

2)      If the item can not be fixed we will replace it with a matching item or equivalent which will be agreed by booth parties and we will deliver the item back to you.

3)      If no agreement for replacement can be found the cost of the item will be refunded, less the initial postage cost.

Items returned that are found not to be faulty you will be responsible for the cost of the delivery back yourselves.

14 Day Return Policy

If you are not happy with an item for any reason it can be returned to us within 14 days from dispatch. However it will be subject to a restocking fee of 25% of the value of the item, we will not refund the cost of postage and you will be responsible for the item to be returned to us in the same condition it was sent.
