Q. What is the
quality like ?
A. We would like to say the
best quality, equivalent to other famous brand TVs or better.
DMTECH
LCD TV is made in South Korea where SAMSUNG and LG manufacture the LCD
TV panels.
Most of LCD TV panels used by DMTECH
are from LG Phillips,
one of the world best LCD panel manufacturer.
DMTECH has their own assembly plant in
the Netherlands and they run the dedicated warranty centre in the U.K.
This means you can get a good
after-sales support right in time from the U.K.
Our Verdict:
"These
units, from 15" all the way up to 37" in their market, are undoubtedly
in a league of their own,
most combo TV's at this price bracket are
cheaply made, light, 'plasticky' and generally don't hold much
confidence.
These on the other hand, instantly strike you with quality,
they are very sturdy, strong, well made, and operate with extreme
confidence,
no weak DVD tray's, no weak plastic back panels and no iffy
stands, they ooze quality.
They really are a class above the rest and
should be priced alongside the best from Panasonic, Sony and the other
leading brands"

Warranty:
All with warranty are honoured with me for the first
7-days, then remains valid through my suppliers and the manufacturers.
In the rare occasion that the warranty documents may not be apparent,
you are still covered. If the manufacturers warranty documents are
included then exchanges can be made through them. Full refunds are
given if exchanges are not available. Items are dispatched within 2-48
hours excluding weekends and bank holidays.
Postage:
Units posted via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded are
insured up to £30. Special Delivery postage is insured up to
£500 and Parcelforce deliveries up to £150, extra insurance
is available for a very small fee. if an item is lost compensation will
be paid to the buyer. Postage costs on returned products cannot be
offered unless DOA. I try my best to dispatch
within 12-48 hours
Scams:
Serial
numbers are logged and if any case a returned item does not match the
logged serials then a refund or an exchange is naturally not
applicable, we will not ship to Nigeria so please dont ask. We are more
than aware of all scams that circulate and will not tolerate them
whatsoever
