We hope that you are pleased with your purchase from Homestyle Kitchens, Bathrooms & Tiles Limited. However, we understand that there are occasions when you need to return goods to us. For your peace of mind, we offer the following terms in respect of returns and refunds for our products.
If you change your Mind
If you simply change your mind about your order, and you wish to return your goods, then in line with the UK’s Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your contract for the purchase of any goods within a period of 7 working days, beginning with the day after the day of receipt of the goods.
Please contact us as soon as possible to inform us that you wish to cancel your order by email. If your order has NOT been dispatched then we will cancel it immediately and refund your money. However, if your order has already been dispatched then you will need to return the goods to us at your own cost within 14 working days of the date that the item was delivered to you. Please note that we are unable to issue refunds for items that show any evidence of having been used unless they are faulty. On receipt of the goods we will issue a full refund for the cost of the goods to your original payment method. Postage and insurance are not refundable.
If you send back a product for an exchange, we will charge you for postage for the new product the same as the previous postage cost. Return costs can only be refunded where we have sent the wrong goods in error.
If your goods are faulty on arrival
All products are covered by a manufacturers warranty from the date of purchase. If a problem arises please contact the manufacturer directly.
If the goods are damaged upon receipt please email us, within 7 days of delivery. We aim to replace any defective items with replacements. If this is not possible we shall issue a refund to you. Exchanged items will only be sent after we have received the defective item back from you in its original packaging.
If goods are damaged in transit
Please inform us immediately if your goods are damaged in transit. If goods are visibly damaged on receipt, it is advisable to accept delivery but make a note when signing for the item. We will then arrange for replacement goods to be dispatched to you once your original goods have been returned to us, or an alternative course of action to be taken, if you so wish.
Returning Instructions
If you are returning goods, please include a covering note, explaining what action you would like us to take, as well as your name, address, telephone number, order number/reference the original proof of purchase. Please make sure that the goods are packaged safely and securely using the original packaging.. We recommend that you use a reputable courier, offering a signed service with adequate insurance to cover the cost of the items being returned.
Please note that responsibility for any product being returned remains with you until such time as we receive it and we have signed for receipt of the goods. If you send a product back for an exchange you will be charged for postal costs for the new product.
