Unpaid auction wins will be forfeited after seven (7) days and a Non-Payer report will be filed with eBay to recover the closing fees of the auction. Your item will be professionally & carefully packed and despatched in a timely manner. Most of our orders made before 2pm and have cleared payment received for are despatched the very same day!

NB We will only send Large Items such as Beds and Furniture once we have contacted or been contacted by phone to arrange a suitable delivery day. Please note deliveries are between 9am and 5pm Monday - Friday (Excluding Holiday Periods).

Faulty Goods
All goods are new unless stated otherwise. Any item found to be damaged or faulty when received must be returned to us WITHIN 7 DAYS of receipt, please contact us through eBay communications and we will arrange a collection or send you shipping labels.

Non-Faulty Goods
We accept the return of goods that were wrongly ordered or ordered in error for exchange. These items must be returned to us carriage paid in the original packing and in a saleable condition WITHIN 7 DAYS of receipt. P & P or carriage on exchange/replacement item is chargeable.

Returns for Refund
These items must be returned to us unused with original packaging intact and in a saleable condition within 7 days of receipt. Goods must be returned carriage paid. Refund of purchase price less a 10% restocking fee will be refunded by the same method as the payment was made. Postage and Packing will not be refunded.

FEEDBACK
We aim to deliver your item as quickly as possible. Should there be a problem with the item or if it is lost or incorrect please let us know as soon as possible so that we can correct the problem for you.
