Once payment has cleared, the item will be packaged and despatched the very next working day to the address of your choice.

Delivery is normally by Royal Mail standard first class and items are usually delivered within 48 hours of posting. If any item has not been delivered within 5 working days of payment clearance then please contact me via eBay.

Every one of our products is individually weighed in order to calculate acurate postage costs according to Royal Mails current price lists. We do not over inflate postage charges, the only thing we add to the actual postage cost is a small administration fee. We do not believe in vastly over inflated postal charges in order for our products to appear cheaper to the winning bidder/buyer.

Please note that proof of postage is always obtained. We cannot be held responsible for any failure on behalf of the Royal Mail or any other courrier to deliver. However we will do our utmost to help trace any lost items on these very rare occasions. If you have not received an item after 5 working days please contact us.

All of our products are covered by the LUX Products guarantee.  If any product that you buy from LUX Products is either faulty or not as described in the listing, then simply return it unopened and we will be happy to refund you your money plus any postage cost. In addition all brand new products obviously carry the full manufacturers guarantee.

Our prefered payment method is by using PayPal and guarantees a fast delivery, although personal cheques, bankers drafts, postal orders and cash are also accepted by arrangement. Please allow 5 working days for cheques to clear from date of banking. We also accept PayPal eCheques, but please be aware that these normaly take around 9 days to clear. We cannot despatch any goods before payment has cleared in full without exception.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE YOU CONFIRM YOUR BID. PLEASE ONLY BID IF YOU AGREE WITH THE FOLLOWING TERMS:-

1. Your bid is a contract - Place a bid only if you're serious about buying the item.  If you are the winning bidder, you will enter into a legally biding contract to purchase the item.  If the seller is unable to establish contact with the winning bidder within 5 days of the end of the auction or if payment is not received within 7 days, item may be offered to the next highest bidder or relisted at the sellers sole discretion.
2. All Shipping originates from United Kingdom, and all goods offered on Ebay are always stock items .  Shipment will be either Royal Mail Post or Parcel Services.  Some larger items may be shipped via alternative source eg Courier should it be more competitive to do so.   Orders are generally shipped on the day after full payment has been received. In cases of payment method by cheque, bankers drafts etc Goods will not be despatched until payment has been cleared.
3. In the unlikely event that a return is requested, all returns must include all original items undamaged, in re-saleable condition, all original packaging including manuals, warranty forms, etc. 
4. Software / Music CD / DVD sales are not refundable. 
5. I Will Give A Full Refund For Any Goods Found To Be Faulty. Returns Must Be Made Within 14 Days In Their Original Packaging. I Will Not Be Held Responsible for Goods Damaged In Transit By The Royal Mail or Other Courier, But Will Help In Any Way That I Can With Any Claim, As I Always Keep Proof Of Posting.
6. In case of any goods being received damaged or lost in transit and Insurance has been purchased a FULL refund shall be made. If goods supplied were found not to be as per description in Auction Listing, The Seller must be contacted within 14 days of Final Auction Sale Date and notified of the intent to return. Upon Safe receipt of said goods and them being returned in its original packaging etc and in resaleable condition a FULL refund will be given.
7. Where Insurance has not been purchased or not being described as included in any listing, any responsibility cannot be accepted for non delivery / or damages outwith the designated Carrier / Postal Service / Courier Services standard Terms and Conditions.
8. Your personal details will not be given, sold, rented or loaned to any third party.
9. Sellers are not responsible for delivery time. This information is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and bank holidays. Note that delivery times may vary, particularly during peak periods.
