Payment:

Payment is accepted via PayPal, CreditCard (over the phone), Cheque, or Postal Order. Payment from international buyers can only be accepted via PayPal.

Please call on 0845 224 2802 during office hours to make payment via CreditCard.

Please ensure a copy of your invoice is included with any posted payment, and Cheques or Postal Orders are made payable to Aquatix-2u Ltd.

Postage:

 Items sent via Courier will be delivered by CityLink and will be delivered within 1-3 working days. All deliveries will require a signature. Please ensure you examine your item upon deliver before signing for it.

Please contact us if you have not received your items within 4 workings after we received cleared payment.

Royal Mail items should be delivered within 5 working days, please check at your local postoffice if you have not received the item within this time. Please be aware Royal Mail require 15 working days before an item is considered lost.

Items paid for by PayPal will only be dispatched to the address supplied with the payment.

Prices for Courier delivery apply to Mainland UK only – £10 surcharge applies for delivery to Northern Ireland. Please email for surcharge costs to elsewhere.

Combined Postage Costs: We do offer discount for combined postage – this can only be applied BEFORE payment, please request a combined invoice before making payment.

Dispatch:

Items should be dispatched with 24 hours of receiving cleared payment, we will contact you if there is any unforeseen delay.

We are unable to offer collection, due to restricted access to our premises.

Returns:

A 7 day money-back guarantee is offered for if you change your mind, please ensure the following if you wish to return an unused item,

 · Please notify us via email within 7 days of receipt. · The item must be unused, in full undamaged packaging.

 · All postage costs are covered by the buyer.

· Auction returns will be subject to a 10% handling fee.

We recommend that items are returned via recorded delivery, Aquatix-2u will not accept responsibility for any return items lost in the post.

Warranty Issues:

All items are covered by the relevant manufacturer guarantee. Please ensure you retain you proof of purchase for the life of the warranty as claims cannot be made without proof of purchase.

If you need to make a warranty claim please contact us by phone or email for advise on standard checks.

If we are unable to resolve your complaint over the phone, it may be necessary for you to return the item, or some manufacturers will deal with the problem directly to ensure a swift resolve.

Any warranty failure will be resolved with replacement parts or where necessary replacement of the product. Refunds at the discretion of Aquatix-2u Ltd.
