Designed to create a slim, modern style look under a basin which is wall hung or that sits on a shelf or slab and finishes off the look created by the clicker waste as under the basin as all you see are the smooth sides of the waste and the slim modern bottle trap. The bottle trap can be extended to up to 9cm to allow the bottle trap to match the position of the waste outlet in the wall and it comes with a chrome wall pipe and flange.

Coming with extra versatile 32cm chrome plated wall tube and flange which can be cut to the required size, it is suitable for any UK standard 32mm pipes.

A: Yes, we offer a carriage charge discount for each additional items. The first item will be charged at our standard rate (highest postal cost item) with each additional items at 50% of the standard rate. (Not applicable for free delivery items)

A: Unfortunately you still need to pay this surcharge for "free delivery" items.

Q: Can I have my item delivered to my work or any other address?
A: We can only deliver goods to the address with your ebay registered postal address and no other address.

Q: Can you advise me a delivery date & time?
A: We are unable to advise exact delivery date or time due to the fact that we use a 3rd party courier service to deliver the goods, but please check your email we may send the tracking information to you.

Q: I have bid and won an auction item listed, can I purchase duplicate items at the same price?
A: Unfortunately not. Each auction is for a single item. If you require more than one you will need to bid or buy from one of our other listings.

A: You must email us within 48 hours, otherwise it may not issue at our cost. any unlucky missing by the courier we will try to claim back, a replacement will be sent once the claim has been paid, it may take up to 1-3 weeks.

All items require a signature on delivery. If the item is signed for by any other person, other than the named customer at the specified delivery address, the named customer is still responsible for the item and any other charges associated with it. It is the named customer’s responsibility to ensure that the entire order is checked thoroughly BEFORE signing the delivery note. Claims for damages or shortages will NOT be entertained if our courier has obtained a clean signature or if more than 24 hours have elapsed after delivery. Signing the delivery note ‘unchecked’ will not suffice. Damages/shortages discovered after our courier has delivered, must be reported by email within 24 hours of receipt. Your goods are insured provided these guidelines are met. Items which have been damaged or not delivered will be replaced/despatched as per the delivery timescales for that particular item. No compensation will be given in the event of delays/damages

If you have not received your order within the timescales stipulated, you must notify us by email. If our courier has left a card you must contact them directly. Some of our couriers require you to confirm whether the date they intend to deliver is acceptable, before they load the vehicle, it is the named customer’s responsibility to ensure acceptance of delivery date has been communicated to them and that someone capable will be present to help the driver with any large and bulky items. Any access problems or difficult to locate addresses must be notified to our couriers. If we have had an item returned back to us due to non communication on your part or no one was present to accept and sign for the item, you will be held responsible for the incurred and any additional delivery costs. Damage/Missing/Fault/Returns/Exchange policy
It is the responsibility of the buyer to report and check before you accept or signing on the delivery if it has been damaged or other problems outside of the box.
Any parts missing, fault or damaged, please email us clearly within 48 hours, otherwise it may not issue at our cost. We cannot be held responsible if you claim parts are missing weeks/months after shipping. Even the item is intending to install for a while you still need to check it within 2 days.

You have the right to return or exchange an order and return an item, but before you return something you MUST send email within 7 days of receiving an item and obtain a Return Authorization Reference number by emailing us at sales@homeyonline.com please include your original receipt in the returned parcel. You must write your Return Authorization Reference number on the receipt. Any returned items that are not accompanied by an official reference number will not be accepted. Please send all returns to HOMEY LTD, BALU HOUSE WEST BROMWITH STREET OLDBURY BIRMINGHAM UNITED KINGDOM B69 3AY. The product you return must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with all the original packaging and garment tags still attached. We do not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser.

It is advisable to send returned items by registered post and keep your proof of postage certificate, as we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Please note that postal costs for returned goods are the customer’s responsibility and will be charged 15 pounds only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
