POSTAGE & COLLECTION
We prefer to send some items via dedicated couriers or arrange collection to reduce the chances of your goods getting damaged. Unless arranged with Onebigstar goods will be sent on a next working day service. PAYMENT:
We accept Paypal, banker’s drafts, cheques, cash on collection and electronic transfers. Goods will not be released until funds are clear.
RETURNS
We accept returns only if goods are faulty, where it applies please take into account that aluminum is a natural product and there may be small surface scratches and marks. All our products are checked before they are dispatched/collected. IMPORTANT NOTICE
Where applicable Onebigstar cannot accept responsibility for wind or weight loadings when this equipment is built inside our outside. Onebigstar, or the manufacturers do not accept responsibility for structures performance when drawings and calculations have not been approved.
