Stock

All the items we sell are in stock at our UK premises. We do not sell items we do not have. We are always receiving new stock and will do our best to get hold of items that our customers request.

Packaging & Postage

All items are packaged in the packaging from their manufacturer. Normally items are sealed but may have been opened to add documentation, check the condition or to take photographs.  All items will be packed with a suitable amount of packaging to reduce the risk of damage in transit.

All items will be packaged as soon as possible. This is usally on the same day as payment is received.

Items will be posted as soon as possible dependent upon item size and postal requirements. Small items sent first class will usually be posted soon after packaging. Items that require a trip to the post office will usually be posted around mid-day.

Returns

Please inform us of any damaged items within 3 days of delivery.
