12" Peel for Artisan Bread and Pizza Bakers




A Good quality peel is perfect for sliding bread (or pizza!) in and out of a hot oven quickly allowing the oven to stay at the right temperature - rather than fiddling around with the door open letting the heat out.

This peel has a very thin, aluminium blade for long-life, and a short, wooden handle. The blade is 12" (30cm) square; the overall length including the handle is 25" (65cm), just the right size for keeping in a kitchen.

With a dusting of flour or semolina before sliding dough into the oven, this is an invaluable tool for the breadmaker.
