TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE
All our items are described in good faith and to the best of our knowledge. We aim to provide good customer service in relation to all our buyers however due to some issues that have arisen in the past please read our terms of sale:
· All our items are sent using either Royal Mail or Parcel force. We always obtain proof of posting.
· All “Buy it now” items are post only as they are wrapped immediately after photographing.
· All items stated as “collection only” must be collected within seven days auction end unless agreed in advance and paid for in full.
· We endeavour to dispatch items the next working day (Mon-Fri) after payment received but always within two working days.
· All our items are security marked.
LOST/DELAYED ITEMS
· Please ensure you leave enough time before contacting us for your parcel to arrive.
Normal Delivery times are: 1st Class – 1-2 days / 2ND Class 3-5 days / Parcels 3-5 days
· After this time if your item still has not been received we can provide you with the details of posting for your reassurance.
· If you have still not received your item 15 days after posting (the date the Post Office stipulate for claims), then we will issue a refund on condition that you send us an email confirming that you are in non-receipt of the item to enable us to claim back from the Post Office.
DAMAGED ITEMS
· In the unfortunate event (very rare as we ensure our items are well packed) of the item being damaged in transit, please ensure that you keep the original packaging.
· Please email us and we will provide you with the return address and return the item to us with a description of the damage and the original packaging. (We need the packaging to pursue a claim with the Post Office)
· The return postage must be at you, the buyer ,costs however upon receipt and inspection of goods we will endeavour to offer a refund on this as well as your original purchase cost. (Please note the return postage we will pay will be no more than the original postage charged by us). Please ensure you obtain a proof of posting for your end.
OTHER ISSUES
· In the unfortunate event that you have misread our description or have bought the incorrect product, please contact us and we may consider a refund of the item (not including postage costs) however in practice it would normally be more beneficial for you to list the item on EBay yourself.
· All other issues not listed above, will be dealt with in a professional and courteous manner and we will do all we can to assist your query.
