UNDER DECKING

Landscape fabric (or geotextiles) can play a valuable role in various applications for weed control. including shrub beds, tree wells, and other mulched or gravelled areas. Since landscape fabric is usually included "within" a feature (e.g., under a layer of mulch and around ornamental plantings in a shrub bed), it is highly preferable that they are installed during the initial construction of the feature. However, they can also be retrofitted to many landscape features.

 

Geotextiles can provide significant benefits by reducing maintenance requirements.

DESPATCH:
Unfortunately we cannot guarantee any delivery times, as a rule please allow 3 working days for delivery of your weed fabric order.
With the exception of Scottish Highlands, All UK Islands & N. Ireland, please allow a further 2 days for delivery to these areas.
We aim to despatch your order the very same day if paid for before 12pm, but we cannot guarantee this, hence please allow 1 working day for despatch from time of making payment.
Delivery is often made next working day but again we cannot guarantee next working day delivery.

COLLECTION:
All orders can be collected from our warehouse in Dundee, Scotland.

RETURNS/REFUNDS:
You must notify us with 14 days of despatch if you wish to return any item.
Whatever the reason for return, Wrong size ordered, Not required, this is to be done at the customers expense, no refund will be given for p&p charges made, all returns will also incur a 10% re-stocking fee.
Any returns must have enclosed our returns/refund claim form, please email us before returning any goods. No claim for refunds/exchanges will be entertained without the claim form enclosed.

NON RECEIPT/LOST IN POST etc
If for any reason your order does not arrive, please contact us via ebay messages.
Please allow at least 3 working days from despatch for the receipt of your order.
We will then track your order and re-arrange delivery for you.
If our couriers attempt delivery and you are not there to accept delivery, you must contact the delivery company to arrange re-delivery using the number detailed on the card left by the delivery company..
If the order is returned to us for not arranging re-delivery after a delivery attempt, you will be charged £5.00 for the return and will also incur a further full delivery charge.
If your order is lost by the courier, you will be required to complete our lost in transit form confirming non receipt of your order, only after this form is received back will we re-despatch a replacement or offer a refund.
The above only applies to orders of weed fabric sent by courier.
