Returns accepted within 30 days of receipt.
All goods are new and are checked before being sent out so there should NEVER be a problem. In the unlikely event of a manufacturing fault being detected after receipt we will of course exchange your faulty item for another identical one and refund your return postage costs at 2nd class postage rates. You MUST obtain proof of postage.
If you have just changed your mind on a non-faulty item then postal charges both ways are your responsability. Again, you MUST obtain proof of postage.
You MUST contact us BEFORE returning any item.
