Shipping

This item will be shipped by EMS (express mail service). We always do same day shipping. It will be arrive in 3-7 workdays. If your package gets lost, we guarantee to do 100% refund or resend to you.

Return and Exchange

Return and change are available now. Buyer need to take care return shipping fee. Also we will charge a restocking fee. And please contact us first when you want to return or change.

All purchases must be returned or changed within 14 days of the receipt of purchase with valid proof of purchase and all tags attached. Worn or altered garments may not be returned or changed.

Your refund will take 7-10 business days. If you ordered by Paypal, we'll credit your account. If you paid by check, we'll mail you a refund check.

How to Measure Yourself

Chest/bust: Measure under arm around the fullest part of your chest
Waist: Measure around your natural waistline; keep your measuring tape comfortably loose
Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips, 8" below your waist (petite sizes, 7" below waist)
When e-mailing a question always specify an auction number, because usually I have more than one auction listed on Ebay.

Sizes

When purchasing clothing please go by the measurements, not the size tag, as every designer has different standards for sizing. It must be your responsibility to know what works for you. I'm not responsible for any clothing that does not fit perfectly. When purchasing clothing on the Internet (as in any other place) expect to have it altered to insure a "perfect fit". Don't be shy to ask for measurements, I would be happy to help. So please, email me first before you buy.
