30 hour shipping warmer designed for the safe transportation of tropical fish, corals, insects, reptiles or plants. One warmer can generally raise the temperature 10 to 15 degrees F in a cubic foot insulated box over the outside temperature. Use multiple warmers in larger shipping cartons and to maintain the desired in carton temperature.

All payments to be made via PayPal and should be received within 7 days of auction end/purchase. If for some reason you are having problems paying that are out of your control for example PayPal errors etc, please contact us otherwise an unpaid item dispute will be made.

Most purchases are sent via Royal Mail, we aim to dispatch orders before 3:00pm Monday to Friday on Same day. Orders before 11:00am on a Saturday we aim to dispatch same day. Please note this excludes public holidays.

We are not responsible for any customs charges and under no circumstances will we falsify customs documents, please do not ask us to do so.

Please note that the postage you are charged isn't simply the cost to post the item, included in this postage charge is the cost of materials used (grip seal bags, labels, envelopes etc)and the cost of time used to prepare your order (weighing, bagging, invoicing etc)

We offer postage discounts on combined purchases! For UK orders simply order your items and when at checkout select your required delivery method and discount will be applied automatically, feel free to request an invoice as we will be more than happy to try to reduce postage charges further if possible. For International orders please order your items then request an invoice from us, this way we can give you the best possible price. Make big savings on multiple purchases!

We always get proof of postage in order to A) Refund monies to customers in event of items lost in post and B) allow Royal Mail to investigate for patterns in missing/lost items. We cannot make a claim until 15 working days after posting (25 days for our Airmail customers) as that is when Royal Mail considers the item lost or if item is undeliverable for some reason that is the time it should take to return it to us. During this time your item is still in the postal sytem due for delivery and most likely will be delivered, albeit late. Unlike other sellers who require you to wait until our claim is approved we will refund on the day we make the claim. If you feel your item may be lost we advise that you contact your local sorting office to see if they are holding it as well as contacting local neighbours to see if they have it as Royal Mail do not always leave a card. If you haven't received your item within 15 working days (25 days for our Airmail customers) please contact us and we will rectify the matter. We advise that you do not try claiming monies back via PayPal or demanding monies back via email before then. Making a claim earlier than then via PayPal could delay your refund since as soon as you open a dispute PayPal take the money from us and hold it and as such it will be down to them to refund it to you, not us, which can take longer. Please understand that this is the reasonable way to deal with undelivered/lost items.
