Hardy Perennial, flowers summer, Height 60-90cm Position sun or partial shade.

Sowing Instructions - The seed can be sown in the spring where it is to flower in a well raked moist seed bed. Thin out seedlings to 30cm apart. Alternatively, sow in the spring or autumn in good free draining seed compost, just covering the seed with a fine sprinkling of compost or vermiculite. Germination usually takes 7-21days at 16-20C. When the seedlings are large enough to handle, transplant into 8cm pots, grow in cool conditions and finally plant out 30cm apart into a sunny position in free draining soil. Autumn sown plants can be overwintered in a well ventilated coldframe and planted out in spring.
