PREGNANCY RELAXATION & MEDITATION 30-40 WEEKS
Hello my name is Joanne I am a hypnotherapist and a qualified midwife; during my work as a midwife caring for women and their families in the antenatal, intrapartum and postnatal period. I became aware of the demands that pregnancy makes upon a woman not only on her physical well being, but also on her emotional and psychological well being. Through meditaion it is possible to completely relax your mind and body reducing tension, anxieties and worries that are pregnancy related.
This CD is aimed at women who are between 30 and 40 weeks of pregnancy; it is a guided beach meditation, it contains factual information of how your baby is developing between thes weeks of pregnancy. It allows you to connect with and imagine your baby growing within you. The CD encourages bonding and communication with your unborn, through meditaion it allows you to get to know your baby long before he/she is in your arms.

When a person is happy and relaxed they release endorphins this is a feel good happy hormone this then makes your baby feel good. Regular meditation will help you remain calm and relaxed. If at any time you feel stressed a quick five minute meditation will benefit you, close your eyes and concentrate on your breathing, breathe out the stress and tension then breathe in love for your baby.
