Should you decide that you do not require any item that you have purchased, or there is a fault with any item, we will happy to offer you an exchange or refund within 14 days of delivery, provided that it is returned to us in its original condition and the original packaging (if applicable).
Please contact us to let us know what you wish to return, and please include your original invoice and a covering note along with the item. Please package any returns securely. All items returned by post are returned at your cost and your risk. You are advised to obtain a certificate of posting (available from all Post Offices, free of charge) when returning items.
If you return your item to us, we will do our best to send you a replacement or refund your payment within 14 days of reciept, providing your details are included with returned item. All returned items (except faulty items covered by any warranty or guarantee offered) will be subject to a handling charge of 20%. Postage costs will not be refunded.
