How long do I have in which to Pay?

Please pay within 7 calendar days of purchasing your item(s). 

 

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal (including eCheque), Postal Order and Bankers Draft (We DO NOT accept personal cheques.  Items paid for via eCheque until the payment has cleared, please allow 10 calendar days for clearance. International buyers must pay via PayPal.

 

 

Do you offer a shipping discount for multiple item orders?

Yes, we offer discounted shipping on each additional item purchased from our store when you pay in a single transaction please always remember to request a final invoice before paying to make sure you get the best combined shipping price.

 

 

When will my order be dispatched?

We endeavour to dispatch all items within 2 working days of receiving cleared payment.  This time is referred to as the handling time.  Orders made after 5pm will not be received by us until the next working day – e.g. if you place an order at 11.00pm on a Tuesday night the order will not be received by us until Wednesday and therefore will not be dispatched until Friday.

 

 

How long will delivery take?

Delivery times are estimates provided by Royal Mail, these are not guaranteed:

 

(i)                 1st Class (Recorded) = 1-2 working days

(ii)               2nd Class (Recorded) = 2-5 working days

(iii)                   Airmail/International Signed For = 4-10 working days.

 

Please note that the UK Distance Selling Regulations required the seller to deliver the order within 30 days from the day after the day the customer places and order.

 

 

When should I expect to receive my item(s)?

For an estimate of when you can expect to receive your item - add together the handling time and the delivery time, examples:

 

(i)            If you select 1st Class (Recorded) your item will take up to 4 working days to arrive (up to 2 days handling time + up to 2 days delivery time).

(ii)           If you select 2nd Class (Recorded) your item will take up to 7 working days to arrive (up to 2 days handling time + up to 5 days delivery time).

 

Sellers are responsible for dispatch time but we are not responsible for the delivery time, this is provided by the carrier, excludes weekends and bank holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak holiday periods, when there are postal strikes or during adverse weather conditions.

My order is incorrect, what should I do?

We make every effort to check orders before they are sent, but we are only human and on occasion do make mistakes. Please notify us with 48 hours if there is a mistake with your order and we will work with you to resolve the problem.  Depending on the problem, we may ask you to send us a photo or we might ask you to return an item or items to us.  If an error has been made, we will refund any return postage costs incurred and of course dispatch any missing items free of charge.

 

 

One or more items in my order is/are damaged, what should I do?

We make every effort to pack orders securely but Royal Mail does use large machines to sort mail and parcels can sometimes get caught.  You will be asked to provide proof of the damage either by sending us a photo or by returning the item(s) to us for inspection. Once we have confirmed that the item(s) was/were damaged in transit, we will refund any return postage costs incurred and either dispatch a replacement or action a refund, depending on stock levels.

 

 

What if my order doesn’t arrive?

Although Royal Mail provide delivery estimates these are a guide, they do not guarantee delivery within this timeframe.  Royal Mail specifies that customers must wait a specific period of time until they can report their parcel as ‘lost in transit’.  For parcels dispatched to UK addresses you will need to wait until 15 working days have passed from the due date of delivery and for international parcel you will need to wait 25 working days.  This timeframe allows the parcel to be returned to the sender if it has not been collected or the delivery address is incorrect. We comply with Royal Mail terms and conditions.

 

 

How can I contact you?

If you have a question regarding one of our listings or a concern regarding a recent purchase please communicate with us directly using the My Messages function within eBay. We will also use this method to contact you if there is a problem with your order or dispatch will be delayed for any reason. We endeavour to respond to emails within 2 working days.

Return policy
If you change your mind and no longer want your item or wish to exchange it for something else (e.g. different size or colour), please email us within 7 calendar days of receipt to notify us that you wish to return the item(s), after this time you are deemed to have accepted the item in accordance with the United Kingdom Distance Selling Regulations. All returns must be agreed in advance; unauthorised returns will not be accepted. The item must be returned in its original new re-saleable condition and with all the original packaging within 14 calendar days. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs and for the safe return of the item and we recommend using recorded delivery as we are not responsible for any missing items which have been returned without a traceable delivery service. We will email you upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect the item, and assuming it is in the original resalable condition, we will be happy to offer a refund/exchange. Exchanges - if your chosen substitute is in stock, you will be invoiced for the new postage costs and associated fees, upon receipt of your payment we will dispatch the replacement item. If your chosen substitute is not in stock we will contact you to offer an alternative or a refund.  Refunds - you will be asked to complete a mutual agreement to not complete the transaction, upon completion of this you will receive a refund which excludes the original postage costs.  
We endeavour to process refunds/exchanges within 7 days.
