All our products are listed with the postage costs stated. 
If you fail to pay the correct postage, your order will not be sent and your payment will be refunded in full.
We are happy to combine shipping on our products wherever possible. 
Combining Postage:
Please contact us to ensure that this is possible as we cannot combine certain items for same parcel delivery. This may be due to size restrictions, particularly when purchasing more bulky items. If you purchase more than one item, simply request a total from us and we will combine shipping if possible. 
Please note that under no circumstances can we discount the courier charge of £6.75, even if you have bought a number of items which results in multiple parcels being sent to you. The price is £6.75 per 30kg parcel. e.g 4 x 15kg bags of dog food = 2 x parcels =£13.50
     
We do not make any money from postage whatsoever so please bear this in mind when selecting DSR’s (stars) in feedback. If you’re not happy with the costs please do not purchase from us.

Payment

Please pay for your purchase within 7 days as any orders which have not been paid for within this period will be reported to eBay.
Accepted payment methods are Pay Pal, Pay Pal eCheques, Cheque, Postal Order and Bank Transfer (including BACS and CHAPS).
We DO NOT ship items until payment has cleared. Please note that this can take up to 5 working days if you pay by a cheque, or 10 working days if you pay by an eCheque.

The majority of our feeds are manufactured for working animals, and are therefore zero rated for VAT purposes. If VAT is applicable on any of our products, then it is already included in the prices stated. Shipping also includes VAT at 17.5%. Should you require a VAT invoice, please get in touch.

Delivery

Royal Mail Delivery:
Smaller items are sent using Royal Mail so please allow up to 5 working days for delivery.
Courier Delivery:
All of our Animal Feeds and sacks of pet food are sent by Couriers on a 48 hour service. The price paid includes insurance and the facility to track the shipment online.
In order to process, pick and pack your delivery, please allow up to 3 working days for your order to arrive.

Our delivery service is NOT guaranteed and Mad Dog Marketing cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
We do not offer compensation or reimbursement for postage fees for late deliveries.
Parcels MUST be signed for, unless you give permission for the order to be left without a signature (which must be done at the time of booking- Notes left on your door will be ignored)
If you would like your parcel to be left in a safe place, e.g. with a neighbour, or in a shed, then please leave a note on the Pay Pal receipt or send a message by eBay messages immediately after purchasing. We will make a note of your request on the courier’s booking system, but we cannot guarantee that your request will be fulfilled. Please be aware that if your parcel is left without a signature, you are forfeiting your right to make a claim if anything is damaged or missing.
Parcel for delivery by Courier not received?
If your parcel has not arrived within 3 working days, please contact us and we will provide tracking information for the order.
    
If a parcel is returned to us undelivered because of failure to collect or rearrange delivery with either the post office or courier, a re-delivery charge must be paid to us before we will resend your parcel.
Redelivery charge: £6.75 for each UK Mainland Parcels or £12.00 for each UK Highlands and N.Ireland parcel.
Damaged Parcel?
If your parcel arrives damaged you MUST refuse delivery so that the courier can return your order to us. Please contact us to make us aware of the situation and please be aware that damaged parcels will not be replaced until the original order has been received back by us. If you have accepted the parcel please contact us immediately on 0845 241 6986. As part of the claims process, you will be required to complete a form from the couriers, and they may ask for photographic evidence, so please bear this in mind as failure to comply will result in your claim being dismissed
Furthermore:
Please note that we do not work on Saturdays, Sundays, or Bank Holidays so orders placed on these days will not be processed or dispatched until the following working day. 
For deliveries to Northern Ireland or Scottish Highlands, please add an extra couple of days to the delivery time (i.e. 3-4 working days in total). Please also understand that there may be delays for deliveries over busy periods such as Christmas or Bank Holidays.

We value our feedback score and hope that if any buyer has a problem with their purchase, they will contact us prior to leaving negative or neutral feedback, in order to give us the opportunity to assist with the problem.
Please note that feedback is left on an automated basis. It will only be received if the buyer leaves feedback first.

Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase then please contact us so that we can help to resolve any issues. 
Our telephone number is 0845 241 6986. We recommend sending any messages via eBay messages for your own peace of mind.
As is required by law; we will accept returns within 14 days.
Returns will only be accepted if the goods are received back by us in a re-saleable condition.
If the goods are simply ‘no longer required’, then the buyer shall be responsible for any costs incurred for returning the item and the refund shall not include the original postage paid.
In circumstances where an incorrect or inferior item has been sent, we will be happy to re-imburse postage costs for returning the item, and will include the original postage charge paid if a refund is required, or we will replace with the correct item.
