General:

If you are the winning bidder payment is due within 4 working days unless agreed prior to bidding. We will normally email you through Ebay upon purchase, payment, and on despatch, (though this cant be guaranteed). If you have not paid within 7 working days we reserve the right to issue a dispute with Ebay and leave negative feedback, and relist the item. We are vat registered if you require a vat receipt please request by Mail. Collection is possible by mutual arrangement only, we are Located in Guildford Surrey, Collection needs to be within 10 working days or we reserve the right to charge storage charges.

Despatch / Delivery:

Unlike some Ebayers we pick, pack and despatch 100% of orders ourselves, thus giving us 100% control of your order. We use Royal Mail and Initial Citylink next day (m-f), we will despatch your order using the service we choose will be the best service for your order, it is not possible to specify service or delivery days/times. 99% of deliveries require a signature so please do not ask us to leave goods somewhere. Citylink prefer a contact number in case of difficulty so please Email one. We aim to ship all goods within 24-48hrs (m-f) of payment subject to a midnight cut-off, and cleared payment, though in busy periods like bank holidays it can be extended but you will be emailed re this. Due to the large volume of orders it is not possible to hold orders for later despatch.

As I'm sure you’ll appreciate once we have sent your order, we are completely dependent upon the relevant post or courier service to keep their end of the bargain. If your item(s) has not arrived 7 days after your despatch email please get in touch.

We deliver to mainland uk, If you live in Northern Ireland, Scottish Isles, the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands we have to catapult your items across the sea so courier charges are more expensive. We don't send outside the UK. Please allow more time around bank holidays. Please inspect your package before signing for and note an damage to it before signing. Please report any damage/ shortages/ or problems to us by email within 24hrs of receipt, as claims outside this will not be considered. If your delivery is with Citylink they attempt delivery twice, after that they will hold the goods for a further 3 days after that they are automatically returned to us, this incurs more charges which are payable by yourself. P+P is not just the cost of a stamp it includes our direct/indirect costs of despatch.

Payment:

We accept Paypal, Bankers Drafts, Personal Cheques, and Postal Orders only. Paypal and Postal Order payments will be the quickest despatch dates, Cheques are subject to despatch once cleared. Payment is due on all purchases within 5 days unless previously agreed prior to purchase.

Shipping discounts: We offer shipping discounts and deals as per the listing, additional item postage refers to additional of the same item only. If you require large quantities then please email us 48hrs before bidding for a quote. To receive any shipping discount/deals all the items must be paid on 1 paypal payment/ cheque/ postal order, otherwise no discounts will be due. Under no circumstances are you allowed to override p+p or give discounts to paypal payments, please ask for an invoice for the correct amount, or this may delay your order.

Communication:

You can either use Ebay messages or if you have purchased from us then you can also use the dedicated customer service email address you will be given with your purchase email. Do not message on your paypal payment/ or invoice request as it will not be read due to bulk processing, please email these. We will normally reply to an email within 24-48 hrs (mon-fri). We will email you through Ebay once you purchase, pay, and on despatch, please read all emails we send you. Please read the listing fully as most questions should be answered, but if not or you would like something clarified please use Ebay Messages and we will respond. Please fully read all Emails we send, we send them for a reason.

Additional:

Please note we work 9-5pm Mon to Fri (exc bank hols) normally, therefore please allow for this when communicating or expecting despatch. If there is anything you are not happy with in any listing please ask the question, if you are not happy with anything please do not bid as we only want people to be happy. Any cancelled order you wish to be cancelled, will be subject to a 20% handling fee without exception.
