This 3 Ton Miller/Intertherm 13 SEER R-410A Air Conditioner Package Unit includes a heat strip which is available in several different sizes.  Please see your breaker box for your home’s specific needs.  We will need you to call us to respond to your order confirmation email with the size you require.  If we do not hear from you, we will automatically ship a 8kw (45 AMP) heat strip for your 3 Ton Miller/Intertherm 13 SEER R-410A Air Conditioner Package Unit.

All of our Miller/Intertherm package units come pre-charged with refrigerant.

Note to Purchaser:

Please be sure to double-check your purchase.  We can help you pick out equipment and parts but only on your representation.  We cannot guarantee size or application.  Please consult with licensed local contractor for exactly what your project requires. 

Shipping:

Please be aware, you or your agent must be present to receive shipment.  Be sure to open all boxes to inspect entire shipment.  Please note any and all damages found upon arrival.  Minor dents and dings may happen during shipment, these will not affect operation of equipment but please note them upon receiving shipment in order to fill out a damage claim.  If shipment is accepted without noting damage, and damage is found later, you will not be able to claim the shipping damage. 

Warranty:

Please check with manufacturers for warranty; each manufacturer holds different warranties.  Your local contractor can supply the manufacturer’s warranty.  National Air Warehouse does not offer any labor warranty; your local contractor should supply your labor warranty.  All manufacturer’s warranties will only be valid if a licensed contractor installs your equipment.  National Air Warehouse is a qualified dealer, we can handle any parts exchanges you need.

Returns:

• Full Refund - Your purchase has been paid for, not packaged up nor shipped.
• 96% Refund - Your purchase has been paid for, packaged up but not shipped.
• 90% Refund less shipping costs - Your purchase has been paid for, packaged up and shipped to you and not unpacked by you. (Shipping costs will be doubled due to return shipping)
• Variable or no Refund - Purchase has been accepted and unpacked by you. Please send items back and we will evaluate any and all problems, a fair refund will be given. If items show evidence of tampering, have been broken or have been installed, no refund will be given. Please see shipping section for products damaged upon arrival. No returns on special orders will be accepted.
  • No returns will be accepted beyond 30 days after the date of delivery.

EPA Regulations:

Purchaser acknowledges and understands that only an EPA certified contractor can handle refrigerant and charge the AC equipment. We strongly encourage that you have your equipment installed by a local licensed contractor. All work needs to be done to local and state building codes. National Air Warehouse accepts no liability for equipment after and during the installation process.
