Vodafone are leading the way with Mobile Broadband. In June 2006, Vodafone was the first UK operator to launch a HSDPA service, which provides data rates of up to 1.8Mbps – offering typical speeds of 0.8 – 1.3Mbps. This allows you to download at speeds up to 4 times faster than 3G.

If you're using a 3G handset you can access 3G services, such as mobile TV and video calling or high speed mobile internet. 3G coverage continues to grow and Vodafone will fully meet the licence commitment to have 80% population coverage by the end of 2007.
