Free post covers UK mainland and excludes Highlands, Channel Islands, Ireland, Overseas and some other areas. If your delivery address is not covered we will contact you after purchase to advise how we can get your order to you for the lowest possible cost to you.

In order to make a return, please contact us and inform our customer service team of your order number, the item you are returning and the reason for return.

We will then reply with a unique returns authorisation number and the address you need to return the item to.

Please note that Classikool can only refund return postage costs where the return is a result of an error on our behalf or the unit is faulty. We regret that Classikool cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods

Please note that our returns policy is only valid for 7 days from receipt of goods. We recommend that you obtain a certificate of postage from your local post office.

Please note the value of the Free post shipping within uk mainland will be deducted if the item is returned due to change of mind, the post & packing cost to send the parcel will be deducted prior to the refund being processed. This cost will vary depending on the item. Please confirm this cost prior to returning any goods.

We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 15% for any item returned as not faulty.
