Returns Policy Details:

I provide a 100% refund policy for all my customers where the goods are genuinely faulty.
On the other hand If you change your mind, or have some other reason for returning the goods, I am happy to provide refund,  only where the items you have purchased are still shrink-wrapped.This WILL also incur 25% restocking fees.  However I do not refund either my shipping costs in getting the goods to you, nor your shipping costs in getting the goods back to me.
