10mIU is the most sensitive available on the market, and can detect a pregnancy 7 days after conception, so you can test before your period is due. Most shop tests are 25 mIU so you are getting a much higher sensitivity for the fraction of the price.

How does the test work ?
A pregnancy test detects the presence of HCG (Human Chorlonic Gonadotrophin) in your urine. HCG is produced shortly after the embryo attaches itself to the uterine lining. Day by day the amount of HCG will increase.
How do I use the test ?
We recommend that you test first thing in the morning, and that you do not drink lots of fluid beforehand as this could dilute the urine sample, and make the HCG more difficult to detect.
Just dip the test into your urine sample for 10 seconds. Lay the test flat and wait for the coloured bands to appear.
Negative or Positive ?
A positive result can normally be observed within 40 seconds, and the final result in under 5 minutes.
Other information
If the second line is fainter, then this still indicates a positive result. If you are testing early this will darken over time, as the HCG builds up in the body.
Please be aware that testing early can detect a chemical pregnancy, which you would not have known about if you had not tested early. This can be very upsetting, but fortunately is quite rare.
You will receive 3 Tests and full simple to use instructions. Each test is individually sealed in it's own pouch with a desiccant sachet to prevent from moisture damage.

UK orders are shipped using Royal Mail 1st Class Post, and overseas orders using Airmail. Airmail normally takes 3 working days to Europe, and 5 working days elsewhere – but often arrives sooner.
If you are in a hurry for your order then Paypal is the quickest and safest way to pay. We now only accept Paypal payments, to make your shopping experience a safe and secure experience.
You do not need to open a Paypal account to pay by Paypal, and you can pay using your debit or credit card.
 Will my order be Private ?
Of course. We understand the nature of your purchase, and want you to be happy. Please be assured that all orders will be packaged discretely in a plain envelope, which will be marked “Private and Confidential. There will be no logos or branding on the packaging.

This is a private auction, so you can bid in confidence. When you are bidding your bid will be private, so that other people cannot see the item that you are bidding on.

Please return your order to us unopened and in the condition you received the order for a full refund (on receipt of returned goods).
