If you are not happy with any of my products, and the product is simply not what you want you may return it or them, at your expense, within 14 days. If the item(s) is/are in good condition with the labels still attached and re-saleable, I will be pleased to give you a refund on your cost of the goods. If not saleable I do not refund or return to you. If the item has been used wrongly or abused I do not give a refund.

If the item(s) is/are faulty, I will replace them without quibble or give a refund. 

If the item(s) is/are damaged in the post I will either replace at my expense or give full refund after I have received compensation from the Royal Mail. Please note that damaged goods may be inspected by your mail company to check for possible fraud, so you should retain it/them until you have had your replacement/refund.

I don't expect problems, but if you have one, please let me know, and I will do my best to put it right to your satisfaction.
