In the very rare and unusual event that a return is needed. Returns accepted within 14 days of postage if item not working or as stated on auction or shop site and returned in good condition. A full refund will be sent including initial postage, but not return postage, this will be at buyers expense. Refund made after goods received by seller. A receipt that goods have been posted is required in case of non delivery. Slight variations in colour will not be accepted as a reason due to camera and lighting not always being completely true.
