IF THE BUYER IS NOT COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH THEIR PURCHASE THEY SHOULD NOTIFY US IN WRITING OR THROUGH THE EBAY MESSAGING SERVICE WITHIN SEVEN DAYS FROM THE DAY AFTER THE DATE ON WHICH THEY RECEIVED THE GOODS. THE GOODS SHOULD BE RETURNED TO US IMMEDIATELY AND UPON THEIR RETURN WE WILL MAKE A REFUND FOR THE VALUE OF THE GOODS RETURNED.

* THE ITEMS ARE FAULTY OR DAMAGED AND WE HAVE FAILED TO MENTION THIS WITHIN THE DESCRIPTION, OR
* WE HAVE DESCRIBED THE ITEMS INCORRECTLY.
IN THE EVENT OF THE ABOVE APPLYING THE BUYER MUST NOTIFY US IN WRITING OR THROUGH THE EBAY MESSAGING FACILITY WITHIN SEVEN DAYS FROM THE DAY AFTER THE DATE ON WHICH THEY RECEIVED THE GOODS. THE GOODS SHOULD BE RETURNED TO US IMMEDIATELY AND UPON RETURN WE WILL MAKE A REFUND FOR THE VALUE OF THE GOODS RETURNED AND REASONABLE POSTAGE COSTS.
THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SAFE RETURN OF GOODS AND WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU INSURE THE GOODS AND OBTAIN PROOF OF POSTING OR USE RECORDED DELIVERY. THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RETURN CARRIAGE COSTS UNLESS THE GOODS ARE FAULTY AND THIS FAULT HAS NOT BEEN DETAILED IN THE EBAY LISTING.
