AND IT ALREADY HAD A UNDERSKIRT/PETTICOAT IN THE DRESS ( MORI LEE DRESS IS ALSO FOR SALE ON EBAY NOW SEE OTHER LISTINGS) BUT THIS PETTICOAT IS ALSO VERY SUITABLE FOR A VARIETY OF DRESSES NOT JUST MY MORI LEE ONE, IT ADD FULLNESS MAKING A DRESS LOOK BIGGER AND WILL GIVE A LOVELY SHAPE. IT HAS NO HOOPES IN AND IS NETTED TO MAKE IT MORE COMFOTABLE AND TO MAKE YOUR SELF MORE FLEXIBLE THE PETTICOAT YOU SEE IN THE PHOTO IS WHITE IT HAS 3 LAYERS OF NET AND A SOFT NYLON LINING UNDERNEATH THE NET TO STOP THIS FROM SCRATCHING YOUR LEGS, THE WAISTBAND IS DRAWSTRING TO IS ADJUSTABLE TO SIZES 6-18 THE PETTICOAT IS HADNWASHABLE WAIST 18"-39", DROP 35"-37" AND THE BOTTOM DIAMETER IS 38" ( " = INCHES) I REPSOND TO QUESTION ASAP COLLECTION IS FINE IF YOU EMAIL ME BEFORE.
