You are buying three boxes of ten - 30 pieces FBN 16/10 Anchor Bolt / rawlbolt 109mm overall, 16mm Diameter, 54mm of thread for 10mm max fixing. See our other fischer fastenings as we will combine postage where weight allows.
A quick read of the following before buying will help both of us enjoy a hassle free transaction.
1) Questions.Please ask us any questions you have and satisfy yourself the item is what you want to purchase before you bid or press the buy button. 2) Cancellations.On auction items please do not bid if you do not intend paying, if you change your mind after bidding or after buying a shop inventory item contact us -- cancellations are not a problem, we all change our mind but early contact lets us minimise loss and is only fair. 3) Returns.In accordance with the distance selling regulations you can return fixed price items for full credit as long you advise us of their intended return within seven days and return to us in the same condition as supplied, postage paid within fourteen days. Auction items are outside the distance selling regulations but will be replaced if faulty. We will refund your return postage if the fault is with us, we will not refund return postage for a change of mind. 4) Combined postage.We are happy to combine items to save postage where appropriate and sensible, just ask us. We can give best advice before buying and please do not just assume we can combine it is not always the cheapest option as combined items may push the weight particularly with royal mail into a band which demands a higher price service. A lot of our inventory is also awkward pieces of metal that do not always make good bedfellows with the more fragile item. Just ask. 5) Payment methods.With the speed of Bank transfer we prefer this method of payment, just ask for our bank details. EBay requires of course that we offer paypal as an option on some listings and where indicated we are of course happy to accept that along with cheque or postal order. Common sense dictates and it is not unreasonable that we hold items until funds have cleared, we do not delay more than necessary but echeque payments via paypal do seem to take anything up to ten days to clear into our paypal account so please bear this in mind .. We will always keep you informed of any delay and the progress of your purchase 6) Postage surcharges.Highlands, Scottish Islands, offshore island, Northern Ireland and remote places.. We are surcharged for delivery by our carriers to these places , Consequently please ask for confirmation of cost before bidding as we have to pass on the surcharge if we can not find a cheaper alternative. We will try but until you record your interest with a prospective delivery address we can not give a firm price. 7) Despatch and Delivery Our ebay business is important but it is only because we have lots of other business interest that we can offer what we consider very competitive prices and very good service. In order to try and standardise our service and give a very clear idea of what you can expect in the way of delivery we will try and post as soon as possible. Given however particularly at this time of year that we spend a large amount of time out on site we have to be sensible so at an absoloute maximum we will despatch within five days of receiving funds. This seems to work and we normally beat this target by a wide margin, please however bear with us on the odd occasion we need the full five days.
