THE VILLA

This is a very impressive villa situated in a quiet area of Fanabe but there are plenty of amenities within easy reach. Close to the new Gran Sur shopping centre which has plenty or shops, good eating places and a large supermarket and a just along from the villa you will find a Spanish cafe/bar and supermarket

Fully equipped kitchen to include oven, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, toaster etc.

The lounge area is spacious with leather couches and marble lamps complete with a plasma TV with English speaking channels, dvd player, dvds and radio.

Door leading from the lounge to the pool area which has ample furniture and large barbecue.

The Master bedroom has a kingsize bed and ensuite bathroom with seperate shower and patio doors with the patio overlooking the pool and out to sea

The second bedroom has double bed ceiling fans and patio doors with the patio having a mountain view

The third bedroom has two single beds again with patio doors to patio with views to the mountains

Outside there is an attractive pool with nice furniture for outside dining and a large barbeque

Pool heating and air conditioning is optional (small charge will apply if this is required)
