Used, but in great condition! (Fully working, and with no paint splashes or real signs of any use!)
multifunction ladder.
I've seen these advertised as having 13 different ways of putting them up! Pictures show the most obvious!

Also included some wooden inserts I made to stand on when it's in platform mode.
