Payment

All prices are quoted in GBP (sterling). Non UK bidders, payment via Paypal only. We accept Paypal, Cheques & Postal Orders from UK buyers. Cheques & PO's will cause a delay with dispatch due to postage delays and clearance for Cheques.  All prices include VAT.  A VAT receipt can be provided upon request.

Shipping

All purchases paid for before 5pm are dispatched the same working day.  Our policy is simple. Once you pay for it, it is yours and we dispatch at the earliest opportunity.

Will not ship to Italy unless payment is via bank transfer.  Paypal payments from Italy will be refunded.

Returns Policy

We feel that negative/nuetral feedback is unecessary.  We will resolve any issues to the best of our ability, so that you, our customer are happy with you purchase.  All we ask is that you communicate with us by telling us the problem.

Unwanted items may be returned unused/unopened and in a re-saleable condition within 7 days at the customers expense.  We will only refund the purchase price in these circumstances.  A returns number must be provided before we accept returns.
