'Telecine' in basic explanation means the sync of the scan rate that basically increases the frame rate from that of standard 'at home' projectors (18 frames per second ) to match up closer with the television standard frame rate of 25fps. This process eliminates the flicker that you would see if you tried to setup a film projector and try and transfer it yourself!

We can also use a process called 'Wetgate' This basically wets the film before it is projected and to put it simply, has the same effect when you put water on your car , it makes it look shiny and new again!

Projection isn't projection without great lenses, we use the best lenses on our projectors and cameras.

Our cameras are all 3 CCD (charge-coupled device) broadcast quality devices. They have three chips (red, green & blue) coupled with a beam-splitting prism that separates the light passing through the lens into 3 individual colour components and each is sent to its own CCD. Compared to a single CCD, the 3 CCD system achieves outstanding detail with highly accurate colour reproduction suitable for the demands of high-end video production. Also Auto Iris setting to compensate for those under of over exposed films which commonly occur with the old film types.

Our transfers are DIRECT to DVD, there is no dreaded VHS sourcing , broadcast quality footage is channelled through IEEE-1394 Firewire cables to either external DVD recorders or computer hard drives if editing or other format re-rendering is required.

Our pricing structure is extremely competitive, and for the extremely high quality equipment being used and the excellent quality outcome, we are the cheapest. There are no hidden charges, no DVD blank media charges or time charges/limitations, just flatrate.
