  • The 3.5" BOOTABLE IDE TO CF is an adapter for connecting CF to IDE host interface, aming at eduational sectors, IT development, and the embedded technology enthusiast to enable the use of CF as and IDE HDD. 
  • CF offer the benefit of low power condumption, low operating temperature, no acoustic noise, shock resistance and fast read access time. 
  • CF-IDE adapter is transparent to the operating system and does not require any drives. With this adaptor, the host PC will identify the inserted CF as standard IDE HDD (ie with cylinders, heads and sectors). As such, you can install any operating systems and the CF will be bootable. Due to this, the CF is not hot swappable.
