Condition

Each cardigans is shipped brand new, individually packed and checked for any defects before it is despatched.

Shipping

We currently only ship to locations within the United Kingdom.  Items are individually checked and packed before posting and sent via Royal Mail Recorded first class post.  Items are normally shipped the day after payment has been received and we would estimate postage to normally take 2-3 days.  We assume no liability for the late delivery of goods or for goods missing or damaged whilst in transit.  If such and event should happen, though it very rarely does then please contact us and we will endeavour to resolve the situation as quickly and amicably as possible.

Payment

Payment to be made by Paypal within 3 days of the auction ending or immediately for all ‘buy it now’ formats. 

Cheques and internet banking can be used but Paypal is preferable.  Goods will only be shipped once payment has cleared.  Please contact us for alternative payment methods other than Paypal.  

  
Returns Policy

We try very hard to ensure that all our products are free from defects and fit for use and that our customers are satisfied with their purchase. In the unlikely event that there is a problem then we will resolve the issue as swiftly and amicably as possible. We are happy to exchange or refund any damaged or defective items within 7 days of receipt.  If the product purchased is not suitable then we will be pleased to refund the price of the item, we do not however refund the cost of postage.  In both cases the item must be unused and in its original state. Postage and handling is non-refundable and the buyer is responsible for the return postage of the item.
