 Cover/Protection for loss of your iPhone during shipping & Free Inspection Service

 - In conjunction with our payment system, you may rest assure that you are covered for your iPhone if it is lost during shipping --- this essentially means that you will be compensated for the sale price that you paid for, in the unfortunate event that your iPhone gets lost during shipping.
This coverage applies to all shipping options, and please note that if the parcel is signed for, it is deemed as NOT lost.

 - For extra consumer protection, after payment is cleared, I can open the box upon your request to inspect that the iPhone is functioning properly. If you choose this option, I will take a picture of the iPhone before opening, with the serial number in clear view, and you can be sure that your iPhone is in good working condition. 

Shipping

 
For international buyers, the following options are available for most countries such as USA, Japan, Canada, UK, Germany, France, Italy, Norway, Netherlands, South Korea, Singapore, Taiwan, and New Zealand. Please note that this list is not exhaustive, and your country may be eligible even if it is not on the list. For some countries, shipping may cost more, and delivery may take a few days longer. Please contact me for more details and to confirm eligibility, if your country is not on the list.

1) (Default shipping option) FedEx International Economy may be chosen for a faster, trackable delivery
- Delivery time: 4--6 Business days after dispatch --- subject to customs clearance.

- This option includes signed delivery for enhanced security, and a tracking number for you to track your parcel at every stage of your shipment online.

2) FedEx International Priority may be chosen if you want your iPhone delivered as quickly as possible, with online tracking
- Delivery time: 2--4 Business days after dispatch --- subject to customs clearance.
- This option costs GBP24.95 for UK addresses and most countries worldwide --- includes signed delivery for enhanced security, and a tracking number for you to track your parcel at every stage of your shipment online.

Please kindly note that as with most courier services, “business days” excludes weekends and public holidays.

*You may choose to ship your iPhone to any address in an eligible country -- all you have to do is to add the shipping address as a "gift recipient address" to your PayPal account before purchasing, and select that as your shipping address when checking out.
Failure to do so will result in that address as not being registered with PayPal, and hence I will only ship to your address listed on the payment receipt issued by PayPal.

Shipping Money-Back Guarantee

Although eBay precludes the seller from any responsibility due to shipping delays, I would like to offer you my Shipping Money-Back Guarantee (for all eligible countries) in case your iPhone does not arrive within the delivery times listed above; I think this is only fair to you, especially if you have paid for a premium shipping service.

For the case where you pay for FedEx International Priority (2--4 business days after dispatch), the following will apply:

Suppose your iPhone is dispatched on a Monday, and your iPhone arrives after the coming Friday (which is the 4^th business day after dispatch), I will issue you a refund of the full difference between what you pay for this shipping option and FedEx International Economy.

Payment

 
While PayPal is the only payment method accepted here, you may use your credit card to purchase this iPhone via PayPal. If you do not have a credit card, you may pay using eCheque/eCheck through PayPal (this is essentially paying using your bank account to pay through PayPal) --- please be advised that it takes a few days for PayPal to clear payment (you may confirm the clearance period by contacting your local PayPal).

I aim to ship the iPhone as soon as payment clears, on the same day if circumstances permit, but do allow up to 2 business working days for dispatch. Please kindly note that after payment clears, an email will be sent out for you to verify that all your details are correct. Upon dispatch of your iPhone, I will send another email to notify you of shipment, with a tracking number if FedEx is chosen as your shipping option. I am a registered Australian Business, and I ship out your iPhones from Australia --- inline with eBay's policy on international sales, please be advised that any import duty/tax that may be imposed by your country's customs is borne by the buyer.

Please note that I will only ship to your address listed on the payment receipt issued by PayPal (see "Shipping" section for more details, and please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any problems/questions).

Return policy

Any purchase made is final.
If you opt to not use my pre-shipping inspection service, you will have 3 calendar days upon receiving the iPhone to report any faults or defects. I will correspond with you the procedure in more detail if such need arises. Any exchange would be at my discretion, and is only eligible if the fault or defect is not a result of your actions or mishandling.
After receiving confirmation from me, you may then send the iPhone and all its contents back to me in its original packaging, properly packed with bubble-wrap, with confirmation on delivery. (The return shipping will be paid by you). After I have liaised with Apple, and confirmed that this iPhone is defective and available for exchange, would I send a brand new iPhone to you. If Apple is unwilling to do an exchange, but will only do a repair, I can only ship the exact iPhone which you purchased, back to you, after Apple has repaired it.
Please note that a handling fee of GBP29.95 applies, and the iPhone will be shipped back to you using FedEx.
