otherwise stated, our products are supplied in plain packaging. This includes a
basic label stating the Ingredients, Analysis, Feeding Guide, Weight, and Best
Before and Batch Code.
Our factory produces foods for some
well known companies, but we are unable to disclose the particular brand/s that
some of our food also sells as, so please do not ask.
We
can list any of our products in bulk (by the pallet), and are able to supply
mixed pallets on request, so if you require a larger amount just ask!

longer ship to an alternative addresses if advised via a PayPal note or an eBay

the same reason, we can no longer change incorrect orders (i.e. send an
alternative food to that showing on your invoice). If you order the

All our products are listed with the shipping costs stated for UK Mainland deliveries. Our price includes packing materials, delivery, on-line tracking, insurance, Fuel Surcharge and VAT at the current rate.
As per our listings, a £5 per parcel surcharge does apply for delivery to remote areas, including the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland. Customers buying for delivery to these areas will need to request a total from us BEFORE making payment or select 5 day courier service in the postal option.
Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure that the correct postage is paid. If you fail to pay the correct amount, your order will not be sent until the extra costs required for postage are received.
We believe that our postage costs are very reasonable and we’d like to assure you that we do not make any money from postage whatsoever; in fact, we make a slight loss.
When leaving feedback, please bear the above in mind when selecting DSR’s (stars) regarding postage charges. If you’re not happy with the postage costs then it would make sense not to buy from us rather than leave bad or low feedback after purchasing.
We are happy to combine shipping on our products wherever possible.
The maximum weight per parcel is 30kg.
Therefore, for example: 2 x 15kg bags of dog food can be sent together as one parcel for one delivery charge.
You may wish to check our eBay store, as we do have 2 bag listings available for all of our products. However, should you wish to combine shipping on 2 different varieties of food, please request a total from us BEFORE paying and we will combine the invoice for you.
If you over-pay on postage, we will refund the difference by the same method of payment, ASAP.
Please note that under no circumstances can we discount the advertised per parcel courier charge, even if you have bought a number of items which results in multiple parcels being sent to you. We are charged per parcel and need to charge our customers per parcel.
Please pay for your purchase within 7 days as any orders which have not been paid for within this period will be reported to eBay as an unpaid item.
Accepted payment methods are Credit and Debit cards over the phone, Pay Pal, Pay Pal eCheque, Cheque, Postal Order and Bank Transfer (including BACS and CHAPS).
We DO NOT ship items until payment has cleared. Please note that this can take up to 5 working days if you pay by a cheque, or 10 working days if you pay by an eCheque. If you pay for an item by eCheque we will send you a message to advise you of the expected clearing date.

Please note:
The majority of our feeds are manufactured for working animals, and are therefore zero rated for VAT purposes. If VAT is applicable on any of our products, then it is already included in the prices stated. Shipping also includes VAT at the current rate. Should you require a VAT invoice, please get in touch and we will be happy to provide one for you.
We ship on a 2 day delivery service and process orders daily, so your order should arrive 2 to 3 WORKING DAYS of the order and payment being received.
Please note that the delivery service is NOT guaranteed which means that we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier and we therefore do not offer compensation or refunds for late deliveries.
All parcels MUST be signed for, unless you give permission for the order to be left without a signature; which must be done at the time of ordering. If you would like your parcel to be left in a safe place, e.g. with a neighbour, or in a shed, then please either leave a note on the Pay Pal receipt or send a message by eBay messages immediately after purchasing. We will make a note of your request on the courier’s booking system, but we cannot guarantee that your request will be fulfilled as the delivery drivers reserve the right to leave parcels if they feel it would be unsafe to do so. Please also be aware that if your parcel is left without a signature, you are forfeiting your right to make a claim if anything is damaged or missing.
Tracking: When your order has been picked up by the courier, you will receive an email update from us with your parcel number. This will allow you to track your shipment at any time on-line at www.dhl.co.uk. Therefore, if you do not receive your order within the expected delivery time, please refer to your email for the parcel tracking number, and enter these details on DHL's website; (using the tracking facility for UK Domestic Deliveries). Alternatively, you can give us a call during office hours and we'll be happy check on the whereabouts of your order for you.
Missed deliveries: If you were to miss your delivery, you will be left a card with further instructions on how to receive your order. You would then have the option of requesting a further delivery, which is free of charge; or you could collect the parcel from a local DHL depot.
Failed Deliveries: If a parcel is returned to us undelivered because of failure to collect or rearrange delivery with either the post office or courier, a re-delivery charge must be paid to us before we will resend your parcel.
Damaged Parcels: If your parcel arrives damaged you MUST refuse delivery so that the courier can return your order to us. Please also contact us immediately on 0845 241 6986 so that we can get the matter resolved for you.
If you purchase from us, we hope that you’ll be delighted with our products and service. We leave positive feedback for our buyers as soon as payment has been received, so we’d appreciate it if you could do the same for us, once your order has been received in satisfactory condition. Returns will be accepted within 7 days of receipt if the goods purchased are no longer required by the buyer. This 7 day period is known as a 'cooling off period' and is a legal requirement for all businesses selling goods online. However, such returns will only be honoured if the goods concerned are returned in re-saleable condition and the buyer shall be responsible for any costs incurred in returning the item. Such refunds will not be processed until the goods have been received by us, and we will not include the money for postage paid in the original transaction.
In circumstances where incorrect items have been received; we will reimburse postage costs for returning the goods (amount must be agreed before return), or we will arrange for collection. Once the goods have been received, we will process a full refund including the original postage charge and the agreed costs incurred (if any) for returning the item to us.
