This AGFA-GEVAERT PEM 468 recording tape is depended on and used by the BBC for top quality audio recordings in Television / Radio and on location

• Many thousands of programmes archived on this tape stock

• Quality Aluminium spool

• Matt coated backing for smooth transport

• Backing has "AGFA-GEVEART PROFESSIONAL PEM 468" printed along the full length

• High Output, Low print through, Smooth extended frequency response
  Equivalent to BASF SM 468 and Zonal 675

• Excellent overall audio characteristics

• ¼" / 6.35 mm tape, 2400 feet / 730m length, on a 10½ inch / 26.67 cm NAB centered reel
• The package weighs a little under 4lb (1.75kg). This is an indication of the quality of the stock and thickness of the oxide coating used

• Each reel will record approximately ...
  32 minutes at 15 ips (38cm/sec) / 1 hour 4 minutes at 7½ ips (19cm/sec) / 2 hours 8 minutes at 3¾ ips (9½cm/sec)

• The AGFA Reels will be sent swiftly and securely in a quality padded Jiffy bag by 1st Class Royal Mail

  These tapes were used for backup copies of television or radio programmes so
  they may well have been recorded on just once.
  They have been archived and stored over the years in an optimum temperature and humidity controlled environment.
  I have bulk erased the original material and checked each reel individually.
  The tapes are in 1st class condition. They are continuous and have no edits or leaders.
  The reels are boxed, but as the boxes are written on, and may have original labels, they will be sent just for shipping protection.
