We work hard to only sell items which are reliable and good value, so we have very few returns.
If you do need to return your item(s), we work on a return to base policy where you are responsible for the cost of returning your item(s).
Any unused, unopened items can be returned to us (with a valid returns RMA number) in the first 7 days for a full item price refund. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item.
If your item is faulty, you can return it and we will test it. If found to be faulty, we will replace like for like. If found not to be faulty, the customer is responsible for the postage back to the customer.
You must obtain a returns RMA number from us and include this with your item(s). Returns without a valid RMA number will not be accepted.
Please note, however, that postage and packing costs and charges cannot be refunded. |
