We do accept returns for the products. If you wish to return an item due to any reason, you must contact me within 24 hours of receiving the item and the product must be returned in 7 days.
We offer an insurance for all our products, if a customer have not insured his/her parcel, and the parcel is been lost or damaged during transit, we can not be held responsible for it. So, please insure your parcel.
We will accept returns, if the product has a manufacturer fault. Please Note, As we sell Brand New factory sealed products, we can not be held responsible for any manufacturing faults in the product and we will not be able to refund any postage costs whatsoever, for the return of the product. The product will be replaced or a refund will be issued after deducting 20% standard handling charges.
If you do not like the product and wish to return it, please note, it should be sealed and unused. Again we will not be held responsible for return postage and there will be a 20% restocking fee. If you have opened the product, it can not be resold again, hence you can have a maximum of 50% refund and return postage is not refundable.
