All goods shipped from our warehouse are batch coded and have full traceability. 

Our standard postage is Free.  We will obtain a proof of postage, but will accept no responsibility should the parcel go missing en - route.  Standard free postage is therefore at the buyers own risk.

You can select to have it sent Recorded delivery at a cost of £1.99 in which case the parcel is traceable and insured.

FAST SHIPPING TIMES      If you have paid (and we have received notification of this payment) before 3PM we will usually send the order THAT SAME DAY (except Saturday & Sundays).  Goods ordered after 3PM will be sent the following day.

Goods ordered after 3PM Friday & Saturday & Sunday, will be despatched on the Monday.
